Flexible Hematology-Oncology APP Locums in Indiana
Practice Setting
- Mix of Inpatient & Outpatient care.
- Primary focus on outpatient care.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 36 hours of patient care / ambulatory clinic coverage per week.
- Flexible scheduling available between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM.
- Call rotation every 4th or 5th week, one full week at a time.
- Expected hospital visits: Weekdays (M–F) for new consults, Saturday and/or Sunday for rounding only.
Procedures and Cases
- 70% Oncology cases.
- 30% Hematology (primarily benign cases).
- Average volume of 15-18 patients per day.
Credentialing Requirements
- Credentialing in 90 days.
