Responsibilities
We have an exciting opportunity for Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) to join Arizona Neonatology and our growing team in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area.

- Comprehensive Coverage: Provide care at two Level III-IV NICUs affiliated with high-risk delivery services, and six Level II Special Care Nurseries in the Phoenix area.
- Statewide Services: Arizona Neonatology also provides services at two Level IIIa and two Level II nurseries throughout Arizona.
- Flexible Shifts: Enjoy a combination of 12 and 24-hour shifts that can be varied to suit your needs and the unit/team.
- Collaborative Care: Share delivery attendance responsibilities with Neonatologists and work collaboratively to provide coverage to the delivery service and care for all infants in the NICU.
- No Transport Duties: Focus on in-house care without the need for transport duties.
- Evening Shifts: Work the evening shift alongside a Neonatologist in the Level III-IV NICUs.
- 24/7 Coverage: Level II units are covered 24/7 with in-house NNPs, with Neonatologist rounds daily and in-person availability for emergencies.

Qualifications
- Current APRN national specialty certification
- Minimum of a master’s degree
