• 1099 Compensation, Work 26 weeks per year for $620,000. One week on, one week off to include night call after cases are done for the day and weekend call. Call backs are light. Over an average 7 day period callbacks were less than 5 hrs.

• Must be within a 30 minute call radius.

Case mix includes general, endo, ortho, vascular, oncology, and urology. No OB. Total case volume for 2025 was 2,382 cases. Over 50% of those cases were Endo
