- Position includes remote team meetings, remote consults and home visits

Compensation and Benefits:
- $320k base salary guaranteed plus incentives
- Signing bonus
- 4 weeks paid-time-off annually

Requirements:
- Board certified or eligible in hospice and palliative medicine
- Licensure in CA or the ability to obtain licensure
- MD/DO degree required

Compensation Details
$315K–$330K
