      A 438-bed Level III trauma center serving 600,000+ patients across Northeast Arkansas and Southeast Missouri is seeking a BE/BC Urologist to join a high-volume, technology-forward practice. This is a full-scope General Urology position with room to pursue subspecialty interests in Robotics, Medtronic InterStim Therapy, or Urogynecology.

      The facility recently completed $140 million in renovations, including new OR suites and recovery areas, and has been recognized as a Best Place to Work in Arkansas for 10 consecutive years.

      Clinical Highlights

      • 4 robotic surgical systems; modern outpatient clinic built 5 years ago
      • Up to 45 patients/day in clinic; average of 6 surgeries per day
      • Structured M-F schedule: 2 clinic days, 2 primary OR days, 1 mixed-duty day
      • 3 dedicated NPs managing inpatient consulting, rounding, and discharges
      • Light call rotation: 1:4 (1 day/week, 1 weekend/month), typically ~3 cases

      Compensation & Benefits

      • Guaranteed base salary with Day 1 production incentives; realistic total earnings above $900,000
      • Additional income through a separate Vasectomy Unit and Lithotripsy Truck service
