The Opportunity

Join one of the largest and most well-established retina groups in the Mid-Atlantic. Retina Group of Washington (RGW) is actively recruiting for its Arlington , Alexandria, and Fredericksburg Virginia locations (and multiple other locations as well). With 47 retina specialists across the region, the practice provides immediate access to robust patient volume, established referral relationships, defined partnership track, and income exceeding the 90th%ile nationally.

Backed by McKesson and PRISM Vision Group, a physician-led national ophthalmic provider organization, you get the best of private practice and academics (RGW has extensive clinical research trials as well).

Compensation Highlights

• $530,000 First-Year Guaranteed Income (which includes $100K Career Starter Bonus and $30K Sign-On Bonus).
• Additional Incentives of $100K for Key Premier Busy Practice Locations (Baltimore/Westminster, Hanover/York, and Aberdeen/Bel Air qualify). Please discuss structure with Recruiter.
• Ability to earn Productivity Bonuses from Year-1.
• Established Partners Averaging Above 90th%ile Nationally!

• MD/DO
• Fellowship-trained in Vitreoretinal Surgery, Medical Retina Candidates also encouraged to Apply.
• Board Certified/Eligible in Ophthalmology
