Norton King’s Daughters’ Health in Madison, Indiana, is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible general radiologist with interventional radiology experience to join its hospital staff.

About Norton King's Daughters' Health Norton King’s Daughters’ Health is home to an 86-bed, acute care hospital and medical campus that has grown into a regional health center. The current facility opened in 2013 and became part of Norton Healthcare in 2022. The campus serves residents throughout southeast Indiana and northern Kentucky while connecting them to a large network of Norton Healthcare providers in Greater Louisville. Services include an outpatient rehabilitation center, home health and hospice services, an immediate care center and an award-winning cancer treatment center affiliated with Norton Cancer Institute. Norton King’s Daughters’ Health recently celebrated 125 years of caring for the community.

  • Full time with shared coverage of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.; rare virtual night call and some weekend call required
  • Preferred candidates will have experience reading musculoskeletal MRIs, pediatric X-rays, PET scans and nuclear studies for cardiology
  • Most commonly performed procedures include thoracentesis, paracentesis, thyroid and breast diagnostics, and light vascular studies
  • Occasional opportunities for light interventional radiology duties with possibility to increase, including image-guided tumor biopsy, drainage, paracentesis, injecting imaging contrast agent, catheter-based medicine delivery, medical device placement and stereotactic breast biopsy
