Quick Facts

• 7 on/7 off schedule with 12 hour shifts 7a-7p
• 10-22 patients per day average
• Open ICU coverage
• 2 hospitalists working simultaneously
• EKG interpretation and stress test skills required
• Call every other day 7p-7a for 24 hours
