Mountain Town Family Medicine Locums – Southern Colorado

• Requirements: Board Certified in Family Medicine or Eligible within 5 years
• Schedule:  Monday-Friday, daytime hours

There will be full time clinic coverage. The assignment is ongoing. The provider needs to have an active Colorado license and have a clean background to be considered.

• Dates needed: February - Ongoing
• Assignment Type: Outpatient Family Medicine coverage, must see all ages
• Support Staff: nursing and support staff are provided
• Shift Type: Outpatient 
• Patient Census: 14-16
