Pennsylvania - Trauma Surgery APP

Location: 1 hour from State College, PA

Day and night shifts available - 7a-7p and 7p-7a

8-10 shifts open per month

Inpatient coverage for Trauma and Emergency General Surgery Service at Level II Trauma Center

Scope of care includes: AM rounds, OR first assisting, seeing new EGS consults, managing inpatient service, seeing / managing trauma activations, and critical care management

Perform bedside procedures including: I&Ds, laceration repairs, chest tube placement, central line placement

2 APPs staffed during the day

1 APP at night - working in tandem with Trauma / Acute Care Surgeons
