Practice Setting
- Acute inpatient child and adolescent psychiatric unit
- Structured clinical environment with defined patient volume
- Dedicated behavioral health support staff onsite
- Average daily volume of 6-10 patients
Schedule
- Monday-Friday daytime schedule
- Standard clinical hours with no overnight duties
- No call responsibilities
- Ongoing full-time coverage need
Cases and Procedures
- Management of anxiety, mood, ADHD, and psychotic disorders
- Pharmacologic and therapeutic interventions
- Involuntary commitments and safety protocols
- Family and group therapy participation
Requirements
- Board Certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
- Active Massachusetts license required
- CPI training required
Travel Accommodations
- Airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage covered

Compensation Details
$215–$230/hour
