Family Medicine Physician Locums - Wisconsin, 3 to 4 Days Per Week

Outpatient-only opportunity in rural Wisconsin; work 3 to 4 days per week with no call.

Highlights

Practice Setting

• Primary care clinic with walk-in and scheduled visits
• Supported by LPNs and CMAs
• Onboarding and shadowing available
• Charting in OCHIN Epic

Schedule

• Clinic open Mon/Wed 8a-8p; Tue/Thu/Fri 7:30a-5p; Sat 8:30a-12:30p
• Work 32-40 hours/week; pick your days
• Optional inpatient rounding (4 patients max)

Cases and Procedures

• 14-16 patients/day, mostly adults
• Mix of chronic, acute, and preventive care
• Procedures: IUD, sutures, mole removal, etc.

Requirements

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (ABFM or ABIM only)
• Active Wisconsin license or IMLC LOQ
• DEA required for controlled substances

Travel Accommodations

• Lodging, rental car or mileage reimbursed
