  • Northern Nevada HOPES, an award-winning FQHC and "Best Places to Work" Hall of Fame member, is seeking an experienced adult primary care Physician Assistant to join our supportive and collaborative Medical Provider Team and make a difference in our community!

    • Integrated Care Model: Work within a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) alongside behavioral health, case management, and on-site pharmacy.
    • State-of-the-Art Facilities: Practice at the Jerry Smith and Stacie Mathewson Community Wellness Centers in Reno, NV.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • PA or APRN licensed in the State of Nevada with a specialty in adult primary care.
    • Nevada State Board of Pharmacy and DEA License.
    • Valid BLS required prior to hire, per HRSA compliance.
