Experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We operate four locations across Marysville and Yuba City, providing comprehensive, family-centered medical care.
As a valued member of our team, you’ll provide holistic patient care, from primary care to integrated behavioral health services. We’re committed to a culture of work-life balance, using EPIC EMR and AI to minimize charting and maximize patient interaction.
We're looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience who shares our commitment to serving Medicaid patients.
