As a key member of our team, you’ll serve as a clinical mentor and educator for our Internal Medicine-Pediatrics Residency Program. For Med-Peds candidates passionate about academic medicine, this role offers the opportunity to become Ambulatory Site Director — with protected core faculty time and a faculty appointment at Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine.

👩‍⚕️ What You’ll Do:

• Serve as a continuity clinic preceptor for 20 residents
• Lead ambulatory curriculum development and quality improvement initiatives
• Mentor residents pursuing careers in Primary Care
• Collaborate with residency leadership to shape program goals

💼 What You’ll Love About This Role:

• Outpatient-only schedule with lifestyle-friendly flexibility
• Clinic hours:
  • Mon–Wed: 8 AM – 7 PM
  • Thurs: 8 AM – 8 PM
  • Fri: 8 AM – 5 PM
  • One evening/week + Saturday rotation (approx. 1 in 6)
• Schedule: 36 clinical + 4 administrative hours/week
• Collaborative care model with APP panel sharing

💰 Competitive Compensation & Perks:

• Salary: $320k–$375k based on experience
• Recruitment incentives: Up to $250k
• Residency/Fellowship stipend: Up to $45k (available 18 months pre-graduation)
• CME: 15 days + $4,500 annually
• Relocation: Fully paid
• 401k: Over $15k annual contribution from Geisinger
• Academic involvement with medical students and residents
