## OB Hospitalist Opportunity in Jonesboro, AR

An excellent opportunity is available for an OB Hospitalist to join a well-established women’s health program in Jonesboro, Arkansas. This position offers the ability to focus on inpatient obstetric care within a collaborative hospital setting, supported by experienced providers and a strong clinical infrastructure.

Practice Overview

• Join a collaborative team with 1 full-time Laborist, 3 part-time Laborists, and 5 OBs
• 24/7 support from 4 Nurse Practitioners and in-house OB Anesthesiologist
• 1,700-1,800 annual deliveries, with around 1,000 for OB Hospitalists
• Access to a 19-bed NICU and strong bereavement support

Schedule

• 8 in-house 24-hour shifts per month
• Flexible scheduling with group coordination
• On-call support for traditional practice OBs
• Collaborative environment with OB and Neonatology teams

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed salary: $190/hr, with extra shifts at $215/hr
• Relocation and signing bonus negotiable
• Comprehensive benefits: health, dental, vision, and retirement plans
• CME allowance up to $3,500 annually

Candidate Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board-Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Open to both American and International medical graduates
• Visa sponsorship available
• Experience preferred, but new graduates considered
