Patient-Centered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

QuadMed is hiring a Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant to join our Quad clinic in West Allis, WI!

Work with a team-oriented staff to provide quality care to Quad employees and their dependents. Be a part of a community founded for the employees of Quad.

Schedule: 40 hours/wk

Job Requirements:

• Completed master's degree level Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program from an accredited college/university 
• Minimum three (3) years primary care practice experience  
• Ability to work independently 
• Working with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)   
• Active and unrestricted applicable licensure 
• Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire  
• NPI & DEA  
• Current National Board Certification
