Rebekah Children’s Services is actively seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist to join our outpatient mental health clinic in Gilroy, California. This Temp to Hire opportunity offers a unique chance to make a lasting impact on the lives of children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 0–21) in a trauma-informed, community-based setting. Work with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering compassionate and effective mental health care.

• 💵 Compensation: $195–$205/hour | $410,000–$430,000 annually (based on 40-hr week)
• 📍 Location: Gilroy, CA
• 📅 Schedule: Full-Time; details discussed during interview
• 👶 Patient Population: Children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 0–21)
• 🧠 Setting: Outpatient psychiatry | Community Mental Health

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and medication management
• Collaborate with clinicians and interdisciplinary treatment teams
• Develop and review individualized treatment plans
• Provide crisis intervention and manage urgent psychiatric needs as necessary
• Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
• Offer consultation, education, and guidance to care staff

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Board-Certified in Psychiatry
• Experience working with youth and families in a community or outpatient setting preferred
• Commitment to trauma-informed care and collaborative practice
