Practice Details
- Inpatient and outpatient management of advanced heart failure patients
- On track to do 60 LVADs and 70 ECMOs this year
- Dedicated Heart Failure APPs
- CVICU with 24/7 APP staffing, 11 cath/EP labs, 2 open heart ORs, 100% Heart Failure Clinic

Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed salary of at least $750k + quality incentives
- Sign-on bonus and relocation allowance
