This Hematology and Oncology need for is a new practice set to open in the Summer of 2026, that will help with the patient demand in central Florida. Be a part of the opening of this practice with infusion infrastructure, marketing support to promote the physician, referrals for the practice and more. This physician-led practice is part of a large organizaiton with experience in delivering high-quality oncology care while building long-term stability in the healthcare markets they service around the country.
Practice Overview: Schedule/Compensation & Benefits
- Monday through Friday outpatient clinic schedule
- Rotating weekends once Hospital Affiliation(s) are established
- Guaranteed base salary with performance incentives and a sign-on bonus
- Equity in the form of Stock (granted annually)
- $550,000+ in total cash compensation once established
- Rotating weekends once Hospital Affiliation(s) are established
- Guaranteed base salary with performance incentives and a sign-on bonus
- Full benefits package including PTO, 7 paid holidays + 3 Floating Holidays, and CME allowance
- Relocation up to $15k provided
### Candidate Profile
- Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology and eligible for a FL medical license
- Needs an experienced physician due to this new clinic opening
- Comfortable in a traditional outpatient Hem/Onc model
