Responsibilities
Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a full‑time, Board‑Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our collaborative team at Johnston‑Willis Hospital—a modern, 292‑bed facility serving the Richmond community for more than a century. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a state‑of‑the‑art Level III NICU featuring all‑private rooms, advanced neonatal technologies, and strong subspecialty support.

🩺 Position Highlights
- 22‑bed Level III NICU with private, family‑centric rooms
- NICU & Newborn ADC: ~20
- Deliveries: Approximately 1,700 annually

Advanced neonatal therapies including:
- HFOV & HFJV
- Inhaled nitric oxide
- Therapeutic hypothermia

Qualifications
- Current APRN national specialty certification
- Minimum of a master’s degree
