Practice Setting

• Inpatient setting providing anesthesia coverage across surgical services
• CRNA works independently in the OR/facility
• Support staff typically includes a single circulating RN and Surgical Tech per case
• Coverage is needed due to a staffing shortage

Schedule

• Scheduled clinical hours typically run 7 am–3 pm

• 24-hour call

• Assignment built around coverage needs; select blocks still available

Cases and Procedures

• General and regional anesthesia with independent practice

• Neuraxial anesthesia required: spinals/epidurals

• ER airway management and monitored sedation, including sedation for fracture care
• Case mix includes General Surgery (foregut/bariatrics), T&A, vein surgery, C-sections, and typical family practice procedures
• Must be comfortable with all ages, including healthy pediatrics

Requirements

• Must be a CRNA

• Board certification: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

• Idaho

• Minimum 12 months of experience
