Pulmonary & Critical Care (PCCM) Opportunity - Tucson, AZ

[Northwest Healthcare is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Pulmonary & Critical Care physician to join its established, hospital-employed multi-specialty group in Tucson, Arizona. New graduates are welcome to apply (2+ years’ experience preferred).][1]

• Hospital-employed, full-time position (no locums or part- time)
• Practice at Northwest Medical Center and Oro Valley Hospital
• Established referral base of 100+ employed physicians
• Strong support from independent community providers
• 60–70% Outpatient Pulmonary / 30–40% Inpatient & Critical Care
• ICU coverage as part of a collaborative critical care team
• Opportunity to incorporate Sleep Medicine (if trained/interested)
• Call: 1:3 (anticipated 1:4–1:5 with additional recruitment)
• Physician outreach and marketing support provided

This structure provides excellent outpatient continuity while maintaining meaningful ICU and inpatient pulmonary involvement.

Clinical & Technical Resources:

• Robotic bronchoscopy
• EBUS
• Rigid bronchoscopy
• Pleuroscopy
• Full PFT lab with Body Box
• Dedicated ICU support structure
• Strong procedural volume and support staff
• Active multidisciplinary tumor boards with oncology, thoracic surgery, radiology, and pathology collaboration

Requirements:

• BE/BC in Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine
• Completion of U.S.-based residency training
• AZ Licensure & DEA Required
