Practice Setting
- Combination of inpatient and outpatient care
- General Urology cases
- Adult patients, with potential for younger age groups as needed
- Typical MA and front desk support staff
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
- Weekend call in a 1:5 or 1:6 rotation
- 10 days per month for each provider, multiple providers needed

Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years
- Georgia state license or IMLC eligibility
- Willingness to participate in a start-up program
