OB/GYN Locum – Burlington, NC | Epic EMR | Oct Start

We’re actively recruiting for a OB/GYN locum to join a well-supported team in Burlington, NC, starting October 20, 2025. This role offers competitive hourly + call rates, a balanced clinic/surgery/call schedule, and the chance to work with midwives and MDs in a collaborative environment.

Location: Burlington, NC Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital Start Date: October 20, 2025 Contract Length: 13 weeks (extensions possible) Credentialing: ~60–90 days EMR: Epic

✈️ Travel: Hotel + rental car covered (open to air travel if needed)

Schedule: • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM   • C-sections start at 7:30 AM, then clinic • Weekend Call: 1:4 – Friday to Sunday, 24hr (8A–8A) • Weekday Call: 2 on / 2 off (backup to midwives)

Job Details: • Care team includes CNMs & MDs • ~450 births/year – some high-risk cases • GYN surgeries: Mondays (7:30 AM–2:30 PM) • OB C-sections: Wed–Fri • CRUCIAL: Must have 1st trimester OB and ER GYN experience • Ultrasound reading experience preferred

Requirements: • Board Certified OB/GYN • NC License required (IMLC not accepted) • DEA required • 3+ years’ experience preferred • COVID vaccination required per Cone Health policy
