Practice Setting
- Outpatient clinic environment
- Work alongside a supportive team including 1.5 medical assistants, 1 PA, and 2 NPs
- Provide primary care to a variety of age groups
Schedule
- Clinic hours: Monday to Thursday 7 AM - 6 PM, Friday 8 AM - 6 PM
- Choose between 5 8-hour days or 4 10-hour days per week
- Part-time options available (20-25 hours per week minimum)
Cases and Procedures
- General primary care focusing on a chronically ill population
- Procedures are a bonus but not required; let us know your comfort level
Requirements
- Board Certified as an Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner
- 3 years of experience required
- Oregon licensure and DEA required
