A well-established healthcare organization is seeking board-certified/board-eligible Primary Care Physicians to join its team. This role offers the opportunity to practice in a multidisciplinary environment, providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population across multiple ambulatory locations.

Position Highlights:

• Outpatient-only primary care practice.
• Multidisciplinary team providing integrated care coordination and administrative support.
• Four clinical days and one administrative day per week.
• Physician representation on the Board of Directors.
• Full marketing support to help grow patient panels.
• Commitment to process improvement and patient-centered care.

Compensation & Benefits:

Requirements:

• Massachusetts medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
