Anesthesiology Locums Physician - Pennsylvania, Flexible Schedule

Highlights

Practice Setting

• Inpatient hospital setting with high acuity
• 9 Anesthesiologists and full CRNA support team
• 18 active anesthetizing locations
• Cerner EMR

Schedule

• Estimated 20 shifts per month; ongoing assignment
• 9-hour day shifts Monday–Friday
• Optional 12- or 24-hour in-house call
• Weekend call shifts: 7am–7am (or broken into 12-hour blocks)

Cases and Procedures

• General, OB, Cardiac, Neuro, Ortho blocks
• Approximately 330 C-sections, 40 OR cases, and 30 GI cases/day
• ~300 cardiac cases/year
• 90% adults, 10% pediatric

Requirements

• Board Certified or Eligible within 3 years of training
• Active PA license or IMLC eligibility
• DEA, ACLS, and NPDB self-query required for presentation

Travel Accommodations
