    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan

    • Perform physical examinations, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions

    • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans

    • Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams

    • Promote preventive care and population health initiatives

    • Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner within the EMR

    • Participate in quality improvement and care coordination efforts

    • Contribute to the growth and development of Kaiser Permanente’s Nevada practice

    Qualifications:

    • Graduation from a program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA)

    • NCCPA Certified (PA-C)

    • Ability to obtain Unrestricted Federal DEA registration

    • Ability to obtain Nevada State Physician Assistant Medical License

    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
