Rochester Regional Health and United Memorial Medical Center (UMMC) in Batavia, NY are actively recruiting an additional **Family Medicine Core Faculty member for a July 2026 start to support our growing Family Medicine Residency Program.**
Located in a rural community setting, United Memorial's ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency offers residents a diverse and well-rounded experience in primary care. Core faculty members have the opportunity to both practice and precept in the residency's main Family Medicine clinic, with the option to incorporate **inpatient teaching at our community-based hospital.**
As part of **Rochester Regional Health, faculty members benefit from access to a large, integrated health system with extensive resources for faculty development, academic advancement, and system-wide collaboration.**
The program is also affiliated with the **Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM), and faculty play an active role in medical student education through both outpatient and inpatient rotations.**

QUALIFICATIONS
- ABFM or AOBFP certified
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills are essential.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: L - Light Work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly; requires occasional walking, standing or squatting.

- Physician - New York State Education Department (NYSED)
PAY RANGE: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, clinical licensure date**, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
