Uplift Humanity through Care for Our Community

At Rochester Regional Health, we see leadership as an act of care.
Every decision we make, clinical, operational, or strategic starts with people: our patients, our teams, and the communities we serve. Our Vision is to become a national model of health and healing, guided by our Values: Rooted in Community, Serve as One, Care Like Family, and Embrace Tomorrow Today.

We're building something extraordinary here. And we're looking for a physician leader who believes that better systems begin with better relationships.

The Role

We invite you to step into a pivotal role as Service Line Division Head (SLDH) for Endocrinology, partnering with the System Executive Medical Director and operational dyad leadership to shape the future of endocrine care across a growing, integrated health system serving the Finger Lakes, Western, and Northern New York regions.

This is not a seat at a table, it's a voice that shapes how care is delivered.
You'll have dedicated time for leadership, while continuing to practice medicine staying connected to patients and to the purpose that led you here.

What You'll Lead

At RRH, Endocrinology is defined by both precision and compassion. From diabetes and thyroid disorders to metabolic bone and pituitary disease, our team blends science, technology, and human connection to deliver care that changes lives.

As the Service Line Division Head, you will:

  • Unify and elevate care
  • Champion quality and safety
  • Grow what's possible
  • Mentor and inspire
  • Shape the future

Why This Moment Matters

Medicine is changing. Many systems are scaling; few are centering.
At Rochester Regional Health, we're doing both, building an integrated service-line model that unites quality, data, and heart. The Division Head role is part of that transformation, designed for physicians who want to lead without losing the soul of their practice.

If you've ever wanted to see what happens when strong leadership meets authentic purpose, this is your moment.

What Defines You

  • Board Certified in Endocrinology (or subspecialty equivalent)
  • Eligible for or holding an unrestricted New York State medical license
  • M.D., D.O., M.B.B.S., D.D.S., or D.M.D. required; MBA or MHA preferred
  • Proven ability to bring teams together across sites and disciplines
  • A belief that data informs, but people inspire
