Locum Interventional Radiologist - No Call

A premier academic medical center in Columbus, OH is seeking a Board-Certified Interventional Radiologist for a long-term locum opportunity.

Commitment Requirement:

Candidates must be able to commit to 1–2 full weeks per month for 6+ months.

Only providers able to meet this ongoing coverage expectation will be considered.

Schedule

​

Monday – Friday

7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

​

Clinical Responsibilities

​

Procedural-focused Interventional Radiology role including:

​

Biopsies

​

CT & Ultrasound-guided drain placements and exchanges

​

Tunneled line placements (no removals)

​

Nephrostomy tube placements and exchanges

​

PleurX catheter placements

​

Procedure Volume:

​

Typically 5–12 procedures per 10-hour day, depending on case mix

​

Practice Environment

​

PACS: Visage 7

​

Practice Focus: Biopsy and Vascular Interventional Radiology (VIR)

​

On-site coverage only

​

Requirements

​

Board Certification: ABR – Required (Board Certified only)

​

Ohio Medical License: Preferred

​

Credentialing:

​

60–90 days with active OH license

​

120 days without OH license (IMLC Required)
