Locums/Contract Opportunity – Gastroenterologist - ERCP skills required

We are seeking a Board Certified Gastroenterologist to provide locums coverage in TN. This role offers consistent 24-hour call coverage with opportunities across two sister facilities.

Coverage Details:

• Schedule: 24-hour call shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM next day)

Work Details:

• Scope: 24-hour GI call coverage (GI bleeds, abdominal pain, food bolus, elevated liver enzymes, etc.)
• Facilities: Endoscopy suite & main OR
• Patient Volume: ~8 patients/day
• Support Staff: None (must be comfortable working independently)

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Gastroenterology (required)
• ERCP skills required
• TN license required (IMLC candidates accepted)
• BLS certification required
• DEA required
• Clean background
• Privileging timeframe: ~90 days
