We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologist to provide locum tenens coverage at a facility in Indiana. This opportunity begins with sporadic dates and is expected to evolve into a more consistent long-term schedule.

This position offers a highly competitive rate of $370/hour, full travel and lodging reimbursement, and low patient volume — all in a supportive clinical environment.

Position Overview:

• Hourly Rate: $370/hour
• Location: Indiana
• Setting: Hospital-based clinic + night call
• Clinic Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (daily)
• Call Coverage: 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM (night call)
• Weekend Requirements: TBD based on schedule
• Patient Volume: 2–5 patients per day
• Age Group: Adults only
• Procedures: General Urology required

Requirements:

• EMR System: EPIC
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) – Required
• Active Indiana Medical License – Required
• ACLS Certification – Required
• Robotics Trained – Highly Preferred
• $25K Conversion Rate – Required

Credentialing Timeline:

• Payer Enrollment: 90–120 days (from receipt of full documentation)
• Hospital Privileges: 45–60 days (from complete application submission)

Travel & Lodging:

• 100% Covered – Flights, car, and accommodations included
