Locums Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician in Canton, Ohio - No Call, Flexible Shifts

Provide in-house OB emergency coverage with a choice of 12- or 24-hour shifts and no call responsibilities. The role is primarily obstetric with a broad procedural scope.

Practice & Cases

• Inpatient Labor and Delivery and OB emergency coverage
• Approximately 1–3 deliveries and 6–8 OB emergency patients per shift
• Procedures include vaginal deliveries, C-sections, VAVD, TOLAC, labor inductions, and laceration repair
• Additional scope includes suction D&C, circumcisions, and first assist gynecologic procedures

Schedule

• Choice of 12- or 24-hour shifts
• In-house coverage throughout each scheduled shift
• PRN coverage available monthly

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Active Ohio medical license required
• DEA required
