Practice Setting

• Inpatient role within a comprehensive stroke program
• Partner with neurointerventional physicians
• Support from full hospital staff
• Adult patient population only
• Shared daily census of 20–25 patients

Schedule

• 7a-7p inpatient shifts
• 14 shifts per month minimum
• Ongoing need — long-term coverage preferred
• No overnight or weekend call
• Predictable daytime schedule

Procedures and Cases

• Neuro-focused inpatient management
• Collaboration across stroke and neurosurgical cases
• Work within a large stroke-certified facility

Requirements

• Active Illinois license required — no time to wait
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar setting
• Board-certified Physician Assistant

Credentialing Requirements

• Credentialing takes approximately 60–90 days
• Start date targeted for late September
