    • Salary Range: $285,000–$310,000/year, based on skills and experience.

    • Work-Life Balance: Monday–Friday, 8-hour days with a flexible schedule, and an optional administrative day with no direct patient care.
    • Patient-centered Care: See an average of 4 patients per day, with an average panel of 65, allowing time for more meaningful care.

    Financial Arrangement and Benefits:

    • Highly Competitive Base Salary + Bonus
    • $2500 a year for CME and $500 for professional societies
    • All professional license and dues
    • Competitive Earned Time (ET), plus 12 holidays and 5 extended leave days (ESL) per year that carry over.

    Education / Experience:

    • MD or DO licensed in Massachusetts
    • Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Geriatrics (preferred)
    • DEA certification
    • 1+ year experience with frail or elderly populations preferred
    • Passion for team-based, patient-centered care
