Outpatient Family Medicine Physician Opportunity in St. Augustine Florida

A large multi-specialty staff model HMO is seeking a BC/BE, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, Primary Care Physician to join our team. Office hours are flexible, outpatient only, no weekends, call is limited and by telephone only. This facility includes Behavioral Health, Endocrinology, Infusion Clinic, Lab, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Primary Care, Pharmacy, Sports Medicine, Ultrasound and X-ray all onsite. New grads & experienced welcome!

Qualifications

• MD / DO

• BC / BE

• Current Florida License, ACN licensure cannot be accepted
