Family Medicine with Surgical Obstetrics Physician | $400K+ Earning Potential Plus $180K Recruit Bonus

Join an established obstetrics program at a high-performing critical access hospital, just 50 miles from Omaha, Nebraska.

Position Highlights

• Clinic: 4 days per week, 10-hour days, 18 to 24 patients per day. Start times are your choice (7:00, 8:00, or 8:30 a.m.), with finish times between 4:30 and 7:00 p.m.
• Full Scope Family Medicine with Surgical Obstetrics Practice: 140 to 160 deliveries annually (30 to 40 per physician) alongside a family medicine clinic, with a growing referral network and the chance to build your panel quickly
• Hospital Time: Mostly limited to scheduled C-sections and some induction starts, typically before or after clinic. Average census is about 12, and rounding is optional.
• Call: OB and C-section call only, 1:4- one day each week and one weekend each month
• Facilities & Support: Renovated LDRP suites, remote fetal monitoring, integrated EMR, a fully equipped OR for cesarean deliveries, and 24/7 Anesthesia support
• FTE Flexibility: Schedule and FTE are open to discussion. 0.75 FTE or greater qualifies for fully paid benefits.

Compensation & Benefits

• $360,000 first-year income, with additional RVU bonuses for earning potential of $400,000+
• $180,000 recruitment bonus, separate from salary, plus up to $10,000 relocation assistance

Candidate Requirements

Completion of a Family Medicine residency with fellowship training in Surgical Obstetrics preferred

Prior experience welcomed; residents/fellows completing training in 2027 are also encouraged to apply

Interest in full-scope family medicine with obstetrics within a collaborative, community-focused team
