Interventional Pain Management Physician | Jackson TN | Strong Base + Bonus Potential Up to $750K Year One

PartnerCare is seeking a highly skilled Interventional Pain Management Physician to join our growing team in Jackson, Tennessee. This opportunity offers a strong base salary with bonus potential up to $750K in the first year while practicing in a supportive, patient focused environment.

The physician will provide advanced spine and musculoskeletal pain management care, helping patients restore mobility and improve their quality of life through minimally invasive procedures and comprehensive treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive interventional pain management care for patients suffering from chronic spine, joint, and nerve pain
• Develop personalized treatment plans including medications, injections, nerve blocks, and minimally invasive spine procedures
• Perform procedures primarily in a nearby outpatient surgery
• Collaborate with advanced practice providers and interdisciplinary care teams
• Counsel patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle modifications
• Participate in community outreach, education, and practice development initiatives

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Completion of residency training with fellowship in Pain Management or currently completing ACGME accredited fellowship
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Anesthesiology, or Interventional Radiology
• Active and unrestricted medical license or ability to obtain Tennessee licensure
• Current BLS or ACLS certification
• Practice based in a modern PartnerCare clinic with access to outpatient surgical facilities
• Collaborative clinical team including physicians and advanced practice providers
• Opportunity to perform a wide range of minimally invasive spine and pain procedures
