Are you a passionate and dedicated OB/GYN looking for a practice where your expertise is valued, your voice is heard, and your career can truly flourish? We invite you to join our dynamic team of women's healthcare professionals.

You'll be part of a well-respected team of 5 OB/GYNs, 2 Midwives, Nurses, Lactation Consultants, and Childbirth Educators, all dedicated to providing exceptional care. We welcome physicians specializing in Urogynecology, Reproductive and Infertility, and other subspecialties, offering a diverse and stimulating practice environment.

At our practice, we believe in empowering our physicians. You'll have the autonomy to make decisions regarding your practice, schedule, staffing, and more. We understand the importance of balancing professional and personal commitments, which is why we offer an option for part-time work. Your call schedule will be manageable with 1:8 weekend call and 1 weekday per week.

​

Our practice offers comprehensive on-site women’s health services, including lab work, mammography, and more, ensuring seamless patient care. You'll benefit from a strong referral network and a dynamic support team, all working together to help you succeed. We utilize Epic EHR for efficient and organized patient management.

What We Offer

High earning potential with no cap, physicians making up to $900K. We also offer up to 6 weeks of paid time off plus paid holidays at start, with flex time as a shareholder.

​

We offer $40K sign-on bonus, $10K relocation assistance, loan forgiveness, NHSC loan repayment, and a residency stipend. You're eligible for shareholder status and ASC ownership in just 1 year, with no buy-in and zero downside risk.

​

We provide a 401k with a match (100% vested day one), profit sharing, $2,500 CME allowance, plus paid license and certification renewals.

​

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $350,000 - $500,000, depending upon your qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, residency stipend, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $450,000 - $900,000.
