    St. John’s Well Child & Family Center is seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Provider (MD, DO with psychiatric experience) for a 1099 contractor role one day per week at our Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Los Angeles.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Diagnose and prescribe psychiatric and/or addiction medications
    • Evaluate patient data, conduct assessments, and create individualized treatment plans
    • Conduct patient safety assessments and triage as needed
    • Participate in case conferences and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Relevant licensure and experience in psychiatry and/or addiction medicine
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a primary care integrated setting
    • Strong documentation and clinical communication skills
