Practice Setting
- Inpatient hospital coverage.
- Average of 10 procedures and 10 consults per day.
- Full hospital support staff on site.
Schedule
- Flexible block scheduling available - work 1-2 weeks per month.
- Consists of 24-hour call shifts.
- On-site coverage during the day with night pager call.
Procedures and Cases
- Perform inpatient rounding and consults.
- Required procedures include ERCP, EGD, and Colonoscopy.
- Case mix also includes PEGs and Esophageal Varices/Stenting.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology.
- Open to IMLC physicians.
- Active BLS certification.
