Primary Care Physician, Mon-Fri | See 6-10 patients per day | High earning potential

HarmonyCares is currently seeking a dedicated physician to join our innovative home-based primary care team, seeing patients primarily in the Gary and Crown Point, IN, areas.

This is an incredible chance to combine your clinical expertise with a truly patient-centered approach. This is an opportunity for the Physician who is passionate about providing high-quality care with a focus on building meaningful, long-term relationships with patients.

1. Manage a small patient panel, seeing only 6-10 patients per day. Providers can spend up to an hour with each patient.
2. Deliver compassionate care directly in patients’ homes—no clinic or hospital rounds.
3. Providers are partnered with a clinical team member who drives you to patient appointments, allowing you to focus fully on patient care.
4. Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a Monday-Friday schedule, with little to no charting to take home.
