Practice Setting

• Rural hospital with a Level 1 nursery
• Mix of inpatient and outpatient preventative care
• Low OB volume environment
• Collaborative team including RNs, MAs, and a PA/NP

Schedule

• Only 2 weeks per month - pick the blocks that fit your life
• 1-2 weekends of 24-hour pager call still available per month
• Block scheduling allows for extended time off between assignments
• 20 minute response time required during call periods

Procedures and Cases

• IP nursery call and telephone consults
• Required experience with newborn Intubation (ETT/NT)
• Routine circumcisions
• Focus on newborn patient populations

Requirements

• Open to IMLC Physicians
• Minimum of 12 months of experience
• BLS and PALS certifications
• Board Certified in Pediatrics

Credentialing Requirements

• Standard 90-day window
• Rapid temporary credentialing available for earlier start
• Full administrative support throughout the application process

Travel accommodations

• Premium lodging provided near the facility
• All travel arrangements coordinated and covered
• Rental car or mileage reimbursement included
