    • Robust Clinical Practice: High volume of deliveries and gynecologic surgeries means you’ll maintain and grow your surgical skills. Plus, you’ll have the flexibility to tailor your practice toward areas of interest (for example, a heavier gynecologic surgery focus) if desired.
    • Advanced Surgical Resources: Perform procedures with confidence using 4 Da Vinci Xi robots on-site and advanced hysteroscopic technology (TruClear). The hospital offers modern OR suites and comprehensive surgical support, enabling a wide range of minimally invasive gynecologic surgeries.
    • Collaborative Team & Support: Be part of a collegial, physician-led team. You’ll practice in tandem with OB hospitalists and experienced Certified Nurse Midwives within our system, which helps share call and cover nights. After-hours call is backed by an answering service and in-house triage nursing support, ensuring manageable call duty and giving you more work-life balance. We foster a mentorship-friendly atmosphere with over 50 OB/GYN physicians and subspecialists (MFM, Uro-Gyn, etc.) across Allina Health – providing you a built-in network for consultation and learning.

    $355-402k
