Now Hiring: Experienced Advanced Practice Provider - Maternal-Fetal Medicine

Are you a skilled Advanced Practice Provider (APP) with a passion for high-risk obstetrics? Join our Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) team in the Phoenix metro area and make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients with complex needs.
This provider will work closely with our team of Fellows, Residents, and Physicians. Qualified candidates must be detail-oriented, dedicated to providing excellent care, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
This position will be primarily out-patient in a high-risk clinic (lower OB acuity), post-partum f/u's, and some independent panel while incorporating a care team model with MFM Physicians. The role will include patient management within clinic and hospital settings. As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will provide extension to all providers on service, rounding on post-partum patients, triaging Emergency Department OB patients and providing appropriate treatments and procedures, assisting with timely discharges, and ensuring that the department continues to function at a high level.
Position Highlights:
- Collaborate closely with MFM physicians in both outpatient and inpatient settings
- Provide expert care to high-risk obstetric patients across multiple clinic locations
- Support continuity of care and contribute to a multidisciplinary team approach

Qualifications:
- ACNP or PA
- 3 years of experience in OB/GYN / Women's Health preferred
- Candidates with L&D, NICU, or applicable RN background will be considered
- Current Board Certification
- Current Arizona License
- Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS
- Current prescribing privileges including a DEA license for controlled substance
- Independent, but collaborative: willing to teach and act as a mentor
Position Details:
- Full Time M-F, with some flexibility
- Average 15-20 patients per day
- 1.0 fte (36 hours patient facing time per week)
