** Practice Setting**
- Inpatient neurosurgical service
- Adult patients only
- Supporting neurosurgical trauma and emergencies
- Consults and ER admissions only
- Located at a Level III trauma center
** Schedule**

Friday 7 AM to Monday 7 AM
- No scheduled surgeries or clinic hours
- Weekend call only; flexible weekend availability welcome
- Patient volume may vary depending on surgical caseload and clinic coverage
** Procedures and Cases**

No scheduled procedures
- On-call for clinic patients admitted to the ER
- Emergency neurosurgical coverage and inpatient consults as needed
** Requirements**
- Board Certified in Neurological Surgery
- Active Kentucky medical license
- ACLS, BLS, and DEA required
- Residency/Fellowship in Neurological Surgery (ACGME or AOA-accredited) preferred
** Credentialing Requirements**
- Estimated credentialing time is approximately 45 days
