  • Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital (JHACH) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Director, Pediatric Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician. The ideal candidate will provide specialized care to children with physical and social challenges. This full-time, employed position will be based in our brand-new, 56-bed hospital in Wesley Chapel, with initial employment beginning in St. Petersburg. The hospital will open in the Spring of 2027.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive care to children with physical and social challenges in both, Wesley Chapel Inpatient Rehab program.
    • The physician will also provide care in ACH outpatient clinics in Wesley Chapel.
    • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
    • Develop and implement treatment plans for children with a wide range of conditions requiring physical medicine and rehabilitation.
    • Educate and guide patients and families on rehabilitation processes, therapies, and long-term care strategies.
    • Contribute to departmental growth, patient care improvements, and quality initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    • Board-certified/board-eligible in Pediatric Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
    • Ability and comfort with providing inpatient care.
    • Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children and their families.
    • Collaborative approach to care with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

    $275-280k

    Please note, this compensation is negotiable and will be commensurate with experience.
