The Value of Working with Us

• Full-time, 14 shifts per month
• 24-hour shifts, 6am-6am, in-house coverage
• Call 3-7 consecutive days
• Call from home with 30-minute response time to emergencies
• Commuters will be considered
• Responsibilities include attendance and high-risk deliveries, neonatal resuscitation, well baby rounding, NICU coverage at night, ED consults. Pediatric admissions on a case-by-case basis.
• Supportive Environment for New Graduates
• Strong Neonatology support
• Streamlined transfer process through UCSF
• Providence Medical Group providers are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
• Residency/fellowship stipend up to $2,000 per month for qualifying candidates
• Compensation is between $294,000 to $310,800 per year.

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
